At RUUP, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

  • Return/Exchange Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.

  • How to Start a Return: Simply email us at ruup18@gmail.com with your Order ID.

  • Refund Process: Once inspected, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

  • Exchanges: Facing size issues? We offer a one-time free exchange for the same design.

  • Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours for an immediate replacement.
